[HTTPS-Everywhere] LWN rules

Thanks for a great extension.  I'd noticed that some sites support
HTTPS but keep dropping me out of that mode.  Your HTTPS Everywhere
extension handles the problem nicely.

Here is lwn.net.xml, a rule file to handle another such site: LWN.
Thank you for making it so easy for users to add new rules.  I hope
my rule can benefit others.
