[HTTPS-Everywhere] Facebook Rules (German and French sites)

The rules in HTTPS everywhere 0.9.2 match http://de-defacebook.de/ and
http://fr-frfacebook.fr/. Note that missing dots, which are included
for www.facebook.de and www.facebook.fr. I’m sure that the dots are
meant to be there, particularly given that de-defacebook.de and
fr-frfacebook.fr don’t event exist right now. The offending rules are
given below for easy reference:
