[HTTPS-Everywhere] Ruleset for the Symbian Foundation

Hi everybody,
The developer section of the Symbian Foundation's website has a valid
ssl certificate.
to use it the ruleset is:
<ruleset name="Symbian Foundation">
	<rule from="^http://developer.symbian.org"
to="https://developer.symbian.org" />
</ruleset>

Other sites, such as "^http://www.symbian.org" and
"^http://symbian.org" could be redirected to "https://symbian.org",
but unfortunately this site's certificate is only valid for the
developer section. I guess is it would be undesirable for the user to
deal with certificate errors, so I left those out.
The ruleset is attached.

By the way, is there any progress to get this add-on into the mozilla
site? that way it could reach a higher audience.

Best regards,

Jamil Navarro
