[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Intel: newsroom breakage

To whom it concerns:
It appears that pages such as
http://newsroom.intel.com/community/intel_newsroom/bios?n=Nasser%20Bozorg-Grayeli&f=searchAll
fail to display the intended biography (the loading icon never goes
away).
Doing all of the following appears to solve the problem:
1. Remove newsroom.intel.com itself from the ruleset
2. Add <exclusion pattern="^http://www\.intel\.com/newsroom/assets/bio/" />
3. Match https in the rule that rewrites parts of www to www-ssl
(there appears to be bad protocol-relative logic in some stylesheets,
though this might only affect fonts)
This exclusion covers some XHRs and iframes. It does not exclude
scripts and stylesheets in paths such as newsroom/assets/js/, which
aren't at fault and can still be covered.
(This message doesn't apply to the 3.x branch, which lacks a ruleset for Intel)
