[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Craigslist ruleset breaks images on Craigslist

You know what, I think Craigslist fixed their problem, and
https://images.craigslist.org responds on 443 now, e.g.:

https://images.craigslist.org/01414_MbQIVDlHfO_600x450.jpg
