[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Pastebin rule breaks submission CAPTCHA

If you try to submit something containing a link or anything that triggers the spam detection at pastebin and you are presented with a CAPTCHA, you cant ever solve the captcha with the pastebin rule enabled. It just always gives wrong captcha error
