[HTTPS-E Rulesets] An Electronic Frontiers Australia ruleset

A ruleset for Electronic Frontiers Australia should be available at
the git://github.com/galenide/https-everywhere.git repository.

As organizations go, there appears to be an "Electronic Frontier
Finland ry" at http://www.effi.org/ on the Web. Also, it appears that
the Electronic Frontier Finland ry site has at least some support for
HTTPS; perhaps someone who understands Finnish may be able to look
into whether the site could benefit from a ruleset.
