Redirecting to the https-everywhere-rules list.

I think it's time to to turn the Netflix ruleset off by default, unless anyone
strongly objects.

Subject: Netflix breakage when HTTPS Everywhere enabled
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:9.0) Gecko/20111222 Thunderbird/9.0.1

Using Firefox 9.0.1 on Mac with HTTPS Everywhere 1.2.1, the
netflix.com site is broken when attempting to switch between seasons
when viewing the information of a TV show that has multiple seasons.
Disabling HTTPS Everywhere rules for Netflix causes switching between
seasons to work again.
