Could you send these in the form of (from most preferred to least preferred)

- a git pull request,
- a git diff,
- a traditional diff, or
- complete modified versions of the rule files?

You've sent them in the form of complete new rules which are supposed to
represent only the new or different aspects from your changes, but there's
no way to directly use or incorporate these rules without manually finding
and copying and pasting the changed sections.
