[HTTPS-E Rulesets] HTTPS Rules for Google

Google now supports HTTPS on the www.google.com domain. I don't know
how long that this has been there, but I noticed when I logged onto
another computer that didn't have HTTPS Everywhere installed. The main
difference between the domains, that I can see, is that the regular
domain will show all of the links on the top bar. Because this seems to
be better than the encrypted.google.com domain, I think that the default
rules should be changed. By default, Google will redirect you to the
HTTPS domain, but a rule should be added, regardless.
