Note: Smartvideo v0.8 *does* work with HTTPS Everywhere v0.9.7

Also, in HTTPS Everywhere v0.9.9d6, disabling Youtube redirect does not
help.

Another note: SmartVideo v0.9 does not work regardless of HTTPS Everywhere
version.
