[HTTPS-E Rulesets] HTTPS everywhere v0.9.9d6 not working with SmartVideo v0.8/0.9

My only question is which version of Firefox you're using this on. Seems
like that plugin does not work for
Firefox 6 (and I might guess 5) (and I haven't even tried it on any version,
I'm just browsing the source to see where the
YouTube APIs come into play to see if those might be the problem.)
