This is far from actually testing the rewrite functionality, but I have
a nice new script (that we've been talking about) to automatically detect
certificate errors on sites that we cover.  Soon, I will combine this
with a way to warn about rules that ought to be default_off that are not,
and perhaps also generate form letters to webmasters to warn them about
certificate errors (perhaps with a citation to the equivalent warning on
ssllabs.com, because people might believe it more than a random e-mail
from someone they've never heard of).
