Greetings fellow Open Wireless technology enthusiasts,

I just wanted to let you know that due to the low traffic on this
mailing list, and the fact that there's a duplicate mailing list for
essentially the same topic, EFF will be shutting down this mailing list
some time next week.

Anyone on this mailing list is more than welcome to join EFF's *other*
mailing list about Open Wireless tech by visiting
<https://lists.eff.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/ow-tech>. (It's almost
as low-traffic as this one has been.)

Additionally, the archives for this mailing list will continue to be
available at <https://lists.eff.org/mailman/listinfo/tech> even after we
close down this list.

Please note that this doesn't mean EFF is going to be picking back up
the Open Wireless firmware project--we're just trying to do a little
sysadmin-type housekeeping. (And if you want to learn more about why we
decided to discontinue our efforts on the firmware project, please visit
<https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2015/04/toward-better-open-wireless-routers>.)

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Cheers,

--
