not many people in east harlem have home wifi and the open networks of
mcdonalds, burger king, starbucks and metropcs are noisy as hell.

i have configured a few android devices as simple dhcp, xmpp, simple
flash and webSocket Servers on my home wifi.

Public IP:  207.172.166.129

That is about the only way to connect noiselessly and safely over tor.
