Thanks for sharing your research.  It is indeed a very complicated market.
I don't know all the intricasies of the new GDrive structure, but perhaps
you could enable comments on your sheet without enabling editing?  The
comment I was going to make was in regards to incoming connections
exposure/allowance.  For example, Mullvad doesn't give you a "static IP"
per se, but it does expose an incoming port for you at the IP you have for
your session.  This is probably uncommon enough that it warrants only an
entry in your "Notes" column, but if it were common, perhaps its own column.
