[OpenWireless Tech] France SFR open system

The dsl & wireless company SFR in France has implemented a very interesting "open" wifi system. 

If the subscriber sets their SFR router to allow outside access then the subscriber is allowed free access to the ubiquitous "SFR WIFI" ssid found all over France. Allowing one's router to be open, creates this ssid consistently for all to use and separates the wifi traffic. 

While this system is not free, if you contribute bandwidth, you get access elsewhere. If our routers allowed this, it could be implemented across all ISP providers.
