[TA3M-SF] No TA3M this month

Heads up!

TA3M will be on hiatus this month, as EFF just hosted a successful
statewide grassroots surveillance sweep at EFF a little over a week ago,
and I'm still getting my feet under me after returning to SF yesterday
from a 6 city sprint spanning the last two weeks.

We look forward to seeing you on Monday, May 16!
