This week, to triage:
 * Review for docs PR about testing => enforce and MTA-STS relationship
 * Vladislav's list format linting PR
 * Website backend DB refactor/rewrite
	* Work on flow for testing => manual
	* Scans are cached/deduplicated properly by hostname
 * Make list processes public?

Discussion:
 * Scaling
	 * "Symantec support 10,000 domains per rule.  Exchange Online only
supports about 1,200."
