[RightToMod-2021] better batteries for EV's

I have an Nissan Leaf that has 87000 miles and needs a new battery.
Nissan has refused to sell me a higher capacity battery even though they
make a compatible battery that fits with much more capacity.

There is a facebook page with some 8500 people who want to upgrade to
higher capacity when replacing the traction battery.Better batteries is a
Fair Use Upgrade!

Nissan wants to prevent replacing their batteries altogether.
