Currently PrivacyBadger disables Chrome's "Use a web service to help
resolve navigation errors" and "Use a prediction service to help
complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar or the app
launcher search box" functionality; I've recently installed or
recommended PrivacyBadger to a number of different users and the
lack of this functionality has been a complaint from several of
them.

While there is an obvious privacy issue involved with sending all
URL data to the search engine, the reality is that for users who
primarily type search queries and don't type URLs (a seemingly large
majority of non-technical folks), the search query is going to hit
their search engine provider anyway, so the loss of real-time
suggestions/corrections is a big deal.

Beyond that, this seems a bit out of scope as "Privacy Badger blocks
spying ads and invisible trackers", while this functionality is
neither invisible, nor undesirable in all cases.

Given that Chrome exposes these options directly to the user, is it
necessary or useful to disable this browser functionality? Or can it
at least be made configurable?
