* Updated to latest dummy Google Tag Manager script from uBlock Origin
to avoid "failed to redirect a network request" warnings in Chrome
* Fixed various site breakages
* Improved translations (Simplified Chinese, Dutch, Esperanto, German,
Russian, Swedish, Turkish)
