[SSL Observatory] Bad Device SSL Certs - Off Topic but Advice Requested

Hello Guys,

I am working with a vendor who refuses to enable a way to install a real
SSL cert on a IOT device and I would like to figure out if there is a place
to report this.

I feel it would be nice to give them a push and also let everyone know
about these devices.

Sorry if these is super off topic, I figured some one here should know.
