Yes.  I should have actually have said "December 2010", although that dataset
was published in 2011.

The easiest way to get it is via AWS:

Alternatively, if you have a DHT-aware BitTorrent client, I believe the
torrents should still work even though the original seeder is offline (although I
keep hearing conflicting reports about this.  Do we need to update the torrent
files?).
