Sorry for not being clearer, right now the graph shows RDN elements, given
it shows the relationship one of certificate to another this makes sense.
The problem is that this information isn't sufficient to explain what you
are looking at unless you have explicit knowledge of the PKI in the first
place. One example is ownership, another brand, ... I was thinking one way
to address this would be to expose a layer in the UI that showed when
clicked or on hover that showed this additional metadata for a given node.

Is that clearer?
