Please keep discussion on the list, not in private email, unless there's
some needed reason to go off-list.

I'm referring to AWS region, like us-east-1.  Figure out which region
you're using, maybe eu-west-1 which AFAIK (again I haven't checked)
doesn't have access to the snap-9010a2fc snapshot.  The region is in the
AWS admin UI somewhere.
