[SSL Observatory] Column Definitions for the CSV Files

I just checked, the snapshot is still available.

On your AWS console, go to the "ELASTIC BLOCK STORE/Snapshots" on the left
panel, then choose "All snapshots" on the right panel, enter the snap-9010a2fc
in the search box, and you'll find a 82GiB snapshot containing December
2010 data.
