[SSL Observatory] observatory.noisebridge.net web UI for SSL Observatory data

Hi,

I've been working on a web UI to make the SSL Observatory data a bit
more comprehensible to technical-but-not-expert users, and to provide
somewhere to point to in discussions of SSL keys.

Version 0.1 is available at

It's not exactly polished, but it does provide a minimum UI for
displaying individual key details.  I'll be adding search by IP and CN
and SAN over the next days.

Contributions are welcome; the code is licensed under AGPL3 and is
maintained in git, currently at
