[SSL Observatory] CA Certs

Hi,

Great idea about the SSL Observatory (but I believe the techsavvy have known
and feared the ca exposure all along).

Question: Since I only use a few certs eg. google, facebook, bank, it would
be nice to be able to only enable a very small subset of ca's in the
browser, and have the ability to enable more if ever required.

As it stands now, the only browser option is to delete ca's.

(I'd be interested in knowing about bad ca's.)
