After a long delay for which I apologize, the next draft of the
Manila Principles template notice of content restriction is now
available for another short round of comments, at the conclusion of
which we will convert it into a mock-up web form:<br>

All of the excellent comments that we received have been integrated
(or else an explanation given for why they weren't integrated), and

<li>Opening the "Comments" pane using the button on the top right.<br>
</li>
<li>Clicking "File", "See revision history".<br>
</li>
</ul>
Our hope is that the web form can be launched on the anniversary of
the Principles at this year's RightsCon. To facilitate this, please
make your further comments within 10 days, ie. by Monday, 22
February. For larger points of discussion, please also free to
discuss on this mailing list.<br>
