[Manila Principles] Review of Thai intermediary liability laws

Hi everyone

Just a short note: I spent today promoting the Manila Principles as a
guide to policy-making in Thailand. The Thai Department of IP is trying
to get OSPs and Rightsholders to agree on a website blocking code to
address perceived problems with their legislation; there's also a lot of
talk about staydown, particularly for search results. It'll be
interesting to see what comes out of this process.
