[Manila Principles] Web site mockup

Please find attached a mockup of what will become the Manila Principles
website at https://www.manilaprinciples.org, to be launched at the
meeting in Manila. Of course the content is more important than the
presentation, and the content of the mockup is currently nonsense, but
we'll of course replace it with the Principles when they are done.

As you can see, the major text of each principle is shown in bold. The
bullet points underneath it and the "Read more, Tweet, XXXX" buttons
will drop down after you click the little down-arrow triangle; otherwise
they are hidden. The "Read more" jumps you to the relevant part of the
background paper, probably as a PDF. The "Tweet" link composes a draft
tweet about that section of the Principles if you are logged into
Twitter. "XXXX" will probably eventually read "Discuss" and will jump
to the (this) mailing list subscription page.

Up the top, "Principles" and "Signatories" are in-page links, but "Learn
more" will expose both the background paper and also the other resources
that we'll be hosting on the site including jurisdictional analysis and,
really, anything that we want to put there concerning intermediaries.
"Language" will switch the website to a translated version of the
principles in various languages (but we will not translate not the other
materials).

Your comments on the draft are very welcome.
