At close of the registration deadline yesterday, there were 32
participants registered to attend either or both days of the Manila
Principles meeting on 22-23 March. The registration form is now
disabled, but if you missed out we would still like to accommodate you.
Please just email myself or one of the other organizers if you want to
ensure yourself of a place.

Below is the draft agenda and logistical document, a PDF copy of which
has been emailed to all of the registered participants:

Some people have asked whether there is a new deadline for comments on
the 0.96 draft of the Manila Principles, which was sent to this list
last week. The answer is that we will present the Manila Principles to
the meeting in whatever form we have reached by then, but that if you
want to see your suggested amendments reflected, it would be better to
send your comments sooner rather than later.
