[Manila Principles] Mystery registration for Manila Principles meeting

Sorry to email the whole list about something that only affects one
person, but by the nature of the issue, there is no other way.  Someone
who registered for the meeting forgot to include their name or email
address - so we have no way of contacting them or knowing who they are.

Amongst the registration details that the person did fill in was this:

I don't have a specific presentation or workshop proposal except to say
that I am happy to participate in whatever makes most sense. I recently
made public comments in response to European government calls to hold
intermediaries liable for terrorist activity on their networks, so if
you want to do a panel responding to that development specifically I'd
be happy to moderate or speak on it. Whatever is most helpful.

If this was you, please contact me off-list so that I can update your
registration details.  Thanks!
