[HTTPS-Everywhere] Chrome Extension Corruption

Hi.

This has solved the problem for me:

Enable chrome://flags/#enable-md-extensions
Restart Chrome.
Go to chrome://extensions/ and click on the on/off-button to
enable HTTPS-Everywhere.
