Unfortunately this release delivered a buggy ruleset which breaks 
heise.de/security (see 
https://github.com/EFForg/https-everywhere/issues/4607). This is a very 
popular german tech news site.
Perhaps it's worth thinking about a new release since this bug was fixed 
very quickly and probably affects many users from Germany.
