[HTTPS-Everywhere] Google Code-In

Hello everyone, hope you're having a great day.

I participated in Google Code-In last year, it was a great experience for
everyone, both the organizations and the students (including myself). I was
wondering if EFForg (or whoever can represent HTTPS Everywhere) can apply
as as a mentoring organization for the contest.

There isn't a definitive deadline yet, but according to last year's
<https://www.google-melange.com/gci/events/google/gci2014>, organizations
should be able to apply by October 27.

So, what do you think?
