[HTTPS-Everywhere] Release planned for tomorrow

Hi all,

I'm planning to release HTTPS Everywhere 5.0.4 tomorrow. I'm going to do
a run through open issues and pull requests for fixes. Let me know if
there is a particularly important one that I've missed.
