[HTTPS-Everywhere] Version 5.0.1 / 2015.3.31 released

Hi all,

I've released version 5.0.1 to the EFF website and addons.mozilla.org,
and version 2015.3.31 to the EFF website and Chrome Web Store. I'll be
uploading to the Opera store soon also.

Firefox 5.0.1 / Chrome-2015.3.31            (2015-03-31)
  * Disabled some broken rulesets.
  * Fixed and updated many rulesets.
  * Better null checking in Firefox.
  * Add "Block All HTTP Requests" in Chrome.
