Hey folks--

in case you didn't see this earlier today, but the US Government is
looking to move to all-HTTPS:

  https://https.cio.gov/

 * Agencies must make all existing websites and services accessible
   through a secure connection [3] (HTTPS-only, with HSTS) within two
   years.

It seems possible that HTTPS-everywhere could make a nice simple rule
matching *.gov :)
