[HTTPS-Everywhere] Openstreetmap.org ruleset

Hi,

Thanks for your contribution to the project.
There is already a ruleset for openstreetmap.org [1]. Unfortunately not
all rulesets are included in stable release yet.
If you are using Firefox, you can use the development edition [2] that
comes with a lot more rulesets than the stable release
