[HTTPS-Everywhere] HTTPS-Everywhere considered harmful

We (the W3C technical architecture group) have been talking to Tim about 
his views on HTTPS, and now there is a discussion going on at 
http://discourse.specifiction.org/t/is-https-everywhere-harmful/821 in 
case anyone wants to leave an extended comment.
