[HTTPS-Everywhere] https everywhere in multiprocess Firefox

Yan, looking over the latest e10s meeting notes, there is talk of enabling
e10s for Firefox's 10th Anniversary on November 9th. This date is new to me
as I wasn't expecting e10s to be enabled until February 2015 at the
earliest.
