[HTTPS-Everywhere] HTTPS Everywhere releases: 5.0development.1 and Chrome 2014.11.24 (== Firefox 4.0.2)

Hi all,

I just pushed two releases. One is for the Firefox development
channel, version 5.0development.1, and includes a fix so it should
work on Firefox Nightly using multi-process mode (e10s). If you are
on Firefox Nightly, please install this version and give it lots of
testing.

I also released version 2014.11.24 for Chrome, which is a stable
release (there's no development release channel for Chrome), based
on the same branch as Firefox version 4.0.2. Mostly just ruleset
fixes in that release.
