[HTTPS-Everywhere] focus.de broken

Hi,

I'm not too familiar with the rulesets but I just wanted to report that 
focus.de looks broken in Chromium Version 31.0.1650.63 Ubuntu 13.10 
(31.0.1650.63-0ubuntu0.13.10.1~20131204.1) with HTTPS Everywhere 
2014.1.3

I think the same is true for the recent version of Google Chrome.
