[HTTPS-Everywhere] Problems with Chrome?!

Hi,

I just noticed that my httpsE 2014.11.25 doesn't (fully?) work with
Chrome 39.0.2171.71 m (64-bit).

I am able to navigate to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page and I'm
not redirected. Do others also have this problem?
As I can see from
https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere/atlas/domains/wikipedia.org.html
the rule should still be active, right?
