[HTTPS-Everywhere] Promote Chrome HTTPS Everywhere from Beta to Stable?

Hi all,

We've had a Chrome version of HTTPS Everywhere for a while, and it 
seems to work pretty well. What do you all think of promoting it 
from Beta to Stable?
