[HTTPS-Everywhere] The DuckDuckGo search engine supplying HTTPS links

I've contacted some folks who work on HTTPS-related things at Google and
suggested to them that this would be a valuable feature, at least as regards
sites that use HSTS.  I've found that some outbound links from Google are
already using HTTPS, but seemingly not as many as those from DuckDuckGo.
