Hi Osama,
Thanks for this. Ondrej Mikle also wrote a Python script to do this:
https://github.com/hiviah/https-everywhere-checker/blob/master/rule_trie.py.
We should maybe check some part of that repository into the HTTPS
Everywhere utils folder so people know that there are scripts for parsing
and testing rulesets.
