[HTTPS-Everywhere] Panasonic rule doesn't seem to work

I recently bought a new Panasonic camera, and I've tried going to their 
website a handful of times in the last week, and I keep getting server 
errors on the main page.  Today, I noticed that it was going to a secure 
server, so I disabled the Panasonic rule in https-everywhere.  Voila, it 
works fine now! It looks like this rule should be disabled.

I'm using 4.0dev.8 in Firefox 22 on Win7 x64.
